We hope not! Usually common rashes you might get from natural deodorant comes from baking soda. We do not use any baking soda in our deodorant. But, rashes or irritation is an individual thing for sure. Essential oils can be reactive for some people so you should do your due diligence in researching the different essential oils we use and their specific traits.

We do our best to ship out your order the same day or the very next day. After that, it is up to our courier to deliver it to your door. That usually happens within 1-5 business days. Sometimes sooner. Yes, there can be delays that are out of our hands. If you end up being one of the very few that do not get their package as per the expected delivery date, we will start a claim to find a lost package or you will have to file a claim. It just depends on which courier was used. If this happens, email us right away and we will give you the details.

Absolutely! We give special attention to express shipping orders. They are our top priority and ship them immediately.

We usually source our ingredients locally but also from North America. Some of our supplies come from Africa, like the ingredients for our African Black Soap. Our deodorant containers and soap boxes are sourced in China. Even if you order containers from Canada or the USA, they have them made in China and then shipped to their address, then to you.

Simply put, no, they are not. The answer to that question, depends on how strict of a vegan some is. Some people find Beeswax okay, some don't. We use beeswax in Deodorant, Poleheshennya, Lip, Cuticle and Beard Balm. We use beef tallow in our soap. All of our other products are Vegan Friendly.

The simple answer is, yes. We do not use gluten in any of our products but we cannot make that claim officially as some of our ingredients "may" have come in contact with gluten. Use your discretion.

Yes! Our Salt and African Black Soaps both have a grit in them. African is very good for dirty hands like for a mechanic or construction worker.

Yes! We ship to just about every country in the world. After you have put our awesome products in your cart, just type in your address when you are ready to check out and you're all set. The shipping rates are based on weight and will be calculated by the courier company you select.

No, we do not. We are currently working with a lot of retailers in several provinces so stay tuned. We will add a "Stores" tab in the menu bar when we get a few going.

Absolutely not. We wouldn't stay in business long if we gave out free samples. We get a lot of messages from people telling us who they currently use and that they would switch if we sent them some free samples. 😂 Unfortunately, that's not a very good business model to follow. If you want to try our stuff, you're going to have to take a leap. No risk, no reward right? 😉
